Dr Ezra Ndwandwe
Ezra is a turnaround business strategist and a change management expert by qualification and by trade. He is currently consulting and as a guest speaks and lectures widely at business schools on subjects such as Corporate Strategy, Effective Change Management, Project Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Managing Transformation, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Employment Equity and Diversity at work. He writes as a columnist for the Business Day, The CEO magazine and many other top Management publications. He is a renowned public and motivational speaker of particular interest to him are topics on corporate strategy, research, marketing, transformation, talent management and diversity at work. He is currently an MD of his own management consultancy (Dual Point Consulting – a Strategy and Leadership Development Consultancy) and has attracted the who’s who of blue-chip clients including Anglo Platinum, Vodacom, GlaxoSimthKline (GSK), Prasa, Coca-Cola. Ezra has more than 18years in running his own business and advises corporate on creating a performance driven organizational culture whilst driving managers and business leaders to take ownership of their careers. He is a mentor and coach to many black people in leadership positions – understanding challenges that are faced by inexperienced business leaders in corporate or their own businesses.
Ezra serves in several boards as both non-executive director as well as an executive director; these include: The FoodBev Seta, The Downtown Music Hub (DTMH), The DaVinci Business School of Business Leadership, The Unisa School of Business of Leadership (SBL) and South African Retailer’s Association.

Ms Thandiwe Ngqobe
Thandiwe Ngqobe has extensive public sector expertise and has held various Executive Management roles. Her career began at the Auditor General’s Office, where she rose to the position of Chief Director at the Gauteng Treasury.
Thandiwe is well-known for her leadership in the implementation of the PFMA and MFMA, as well as the establishment of numerous governance institutions targeted at public financial management reform in Gauteng. She has previously held Operations Executive posts in a variety of SOEs at both the provincial and national levels of government, demonstrating a talent for developing operational structures that promote efficiency and effectiveness.
Thandiwe holds a BCom (Accts and Auditing) degree from the University of Witwatersrand as well as a post-graduate Diploma in Management.
